Every day that you let me stay in is another day that I can use to help show you how important animal welfare research is. I really want this chance – please keep me in!

I’m really enjoying answering all your good questions! It’s really important for mathematicians to know how to explain maths well to a general audience, so if you have any questions about maths that you don’t understand, please try and ask!

I don’t. I think you should vote for the chickens. They are so obviously cooler than anything I could ever do. I think I will have to put a picture of duck on my page as Duck > Chicken.

      BUT

I am infront of my PC at 20.15 on a Tuesday night instead of partying with my mates, so that may give you an idea of how dedicated I am to answering your questions…..

Because I am going to try hard to be as interesting and informative as possible and because I am doing it for a good cause. If I win then I am going to use the money to buy science equipment for a school I have links with in Uganda. Most of the kids their are only at school because they receive scholarships. It is a massive chance for them to improve their chances in life. The school can’t afford all the great equipment we get in schools in the UK. They have asked for microscope slides, pipettes and burettes and lights for microscopes.

Well… I’m really enjoying the having the chance to talk to you guys and (hopefully) answer some of your questions and give you the opportunity to talk science. I think this is a great event and I’m glad to be part of it 😀
