  The bureaucracy. I work in a big company and it is really hard to get things done. For example, getting a new computer account is quite difficult. You have to fill out lots of pieces of paper and get permission from several people. It is such a nightmare! We all try and make things more efficient but it is a big old company and so it is difficult to make changes.
